Our IP: The Services, including all software, content, and materials, are owned by Bayrand LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Services. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Services.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Uptime: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services.

Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Service Provided "As Is": Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Liability Limit: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Excluded Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
